You can contact the human owner of a given list by sending email to the list name appended with "-approval":

<listname>-approval@twenty.net

You can contact the manager of all of the lists at a given site by sending email to Majordomo-Owner:

Majordomo-Owner@twenty.net

Remember that anyone that plays a role in any type of Internet administration like mailing list management likely receives many email messages every day, so you shouldn't contact them until you have tried every other way to solve whatever problem you need help with.
